The Cell is committed to bridging the gap between industry expectations and student competencies through structured training, industry interaction, internships, industrial visits, and career-oriented initiatives. Its vision is to function as a Centre of Excellence in grooming technically competent and industry-ready professionals with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive training programs are delivered by industry experts through classroom sessions and Live Virtual Classes (LVC). Students undergo continuous training in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), personality development, time management, and technical competencies. Corporate training begins from the 3rd semester onward, ensuring progressive skill enhancement.
Pre-placement talks, career seminars, mock interviews, and group discussions are conducted regularly to prepare students for campus recruitment processes. The Cell maintains active collaboration with leading organizations for campus recruitment, internships, and industry-driven projects, ensuring that VVIT graduates emerge as competent young professionals prepared to meet global industry standards.
